I am supporting Daria Lohman because her two main priorities as a state senator would be education and affordable healthcare. We need people like this to represent us.
Our state is presently 49th in school spending. This is embarrassing and it is no wonder that more large companies won’t move here. They can’t hire qualified people and they don’t want to put their children in our public school system. The road out of poverty lies through education, and children need to be healthy and not hungry in order to get the most out of their schooling.
