I’ve heard National Political Action Committee(s) are going to try to influence this local, non-partisan election. Does anyone want Washington politics, fear mongering, fundraising and other ugly efforts focused on dividing one another here in Fountain Hills? I certainly don’t, not here where we live and call home.

This is not a partisan issue. Registered Republicans, Independents and Democrats here in Fountain Hills are working together to come up with solutions that uniquely fit our town’s needs. The last thing we need is Washington, DC partisan division and ugliness impacting our town more than it does already through news and ads. It’s gross.

I’m also seeing signs all over the place in our medians and other places where our town local candidates don’t place them because they live here, care for our town, therefore don’t clutter our community with ugly messages. Fountain Hills is the best town in the world and in part it is because we look out for one another and come together to work on solutions locally.
