During a planned event at the Fountain Hills Community Center in November, Local Chef Debbie Elder catered her largest event to date, preparing a total of 24 charcuterie boards.

Elder served 360 participants who gathered Wednesday, Nov. 13, for a worship service and presentation from Kendra Graham, the wife of Will Graham, the grandson of the late American evangelist Billy Graham.

Elder said she and her team took three days to prepare the food and three hours to set up at the event.
