On May 4 around 10 p.m. I experienced severe chest pain so my wife called 911.

The Fountain Hills EMTs arrived in less than six minutes. Cody Mancayo and Justin Neher along with my wife saved my life.

The two men gave me four aspirin along with nitro and were very calm and knowledgeable about my situation. I want to thank Mr. Mancayo and Mr. Neher along with my wife for me still being here and able to write this letter.
