Independent Newsmedia reached out to the candidates seeking office in the Arizona Legislature to respond to questions about statewide issues. Of the four candidates that will be on the ballot, only incumbent Rep. Alexander Kolodin responded to the questions.
For the third week the question presented is; The premise of a school voucher system was to have a system to create competition that would improve all schools. Is this working? Can true public schools keep up with private institutions that seem to be draining students, teachers and financial resources?
