Witnesses reported seeing the man urinating in public against a building. The man was intoxicated at the time and was taken into custody for criminal nuisance and indecent exposure.

Sheriff’s deputies in Fountain Hills arrested a homeless man with whom they had previous encounters.
Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 16000 block of Parkview Avenue around 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9.
Witnesses reported seeing the man urinating in public against a building. The man was intoxicated at the time and was taken into custody for criminal nuisance and indecent exposure.
He was also charged with violation of a court order. Based on previous encounters with deputies for public drunkenness the court ordered the man not to possess or consume any alcohol.
*On Friday, Dec. 6, a Fountain Hills woman was arrested for DUI near Verde River Drive and Palisades Boulevard. A deputy stopped when he observed the vehicle stopped in the roadway with the engine running and apparent damage to its tires and wheels. They found the woman behind the wheel had been drinking, and after testing took her into custody for super extreme DUI with a blood alcohol level exceeding .20.
*On Saturday, Dec. 7, deputies were called to a report of a fight at a business in the 13000 block of Verde River Drive. Deputies found two men, both intoxicated and arguing. One man was uncooperative and belligerent with deputies and he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
*On Tuesday, Dec. 3, a Fountain Hills woman reported someone had used her personal information to obtain credit. As a result the woman said she received a statement from PayPal for $883.
*On Tuesday, Dec. 3, a 17-year-old male received minor injuries when he collided with a vehicle while riding a bicycle on Saguaro Boulevard. The youth was northbound in the southbound lanes of Saguaro near Gunsight Drive. He attempted to cross the intersection and struck a sedan making a turn from Gunsight onto Saguaro.
