*Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies investigated a broken rear windshield of a car in the parking lot of Saddle Bronc restaurant at 11000 N. Saguaro Boulevard. The window was broken sometime April 17 or early morning of April 18.

A medium-size rock had been thrown through the window; the passenger side mirror also was broken. Damage was estimated to be $450.

*On April 14, a golfer at Eagle Mountain Golf Club reported that an unknown suspect broke a window in his car and removed a laptop, iPad and earbuds.

*Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies investigated a broken rear windshield of a car in the parking lot of Saddle Bronc restaurant at 11000 N. Saguaro Boulevard. The window was broken sometime April 17 or early morning of April 18.

A medium-size rock had been thrown through the window; the passenger side mirror also was broken. Damage was estimated to be $450.

*On April 14, a golfer at Eagle Mountain Golf Club reported that an unknown suspect broke a window in his car and removed a laptop, iPad and earbuds.

*Deputies were asked to check the welfare of a 29-year-old Fountain Hills woman who informed a friend that she had swallowed antifreeze. Upon entering her apartment, they found the victim groggy. She was taken to HonorHealth Shea, Scottsdale, for ingesting the toxic liquid. Her injuries were reportedly not life-threatening.

*Deputies cited a Fountain Hills woman for failure to control her vehicle after she hit the rear end of a vehicle April 16 on Shea Boulevard and Eagle Mountain Parkway. The driver told police that she had dropped her water bottle and, while reaching down to pick it up, rear-ended the car stopped at a red light in front of her.

*A female bicyclist received a broken wrist and elbow after falling off her bike on Rio Verde Road and 156th Street. She told deputies that she attempted to avoid colliding with a van that swerved onto the roadway shoulder. No citations were issued because of the inability to determine which party entered the traffic lane to cause the accident.

*On April 17, a 65-year-old driver from Austin, TX, was cited for criminal speeding. Police said he was traveling 52 mph in a construction zone on Saguaro Boulevard and La Montana Drive.

*Deputies reported a 16-year-old driver allegedly drove a truck onto a Golden Eagle baseball field April 17 and caused minor damage.

*A 33-year-old Fountain Hills woman was arrested April 18 on two warrants for drug paraphilia. She was booked into the 4th Ave. Jail.

*On April 15, during a safety inspection, a truck driver was cited for criminal violations on Palisades Boulevard near Mountainside. The motorist was stopped for not covering the wiring for rear lights. His tires also showed the exposure of tire-ply belt material. He also could not produce proof of registration.

*Deputies were called to an E. Alameda Avenue home on April 19, where a 30-year-old man threatened the life of a 39-year-old man.
