This is the craziest idea so far by our Council members. Now I hear Art Tolis was discussing a venture being proposed in Las Vegas by Crystal Lagoons, as if there could be any comparison to what is being proposed here.
Please, people, get a grip on reality. Spend your energy and our money on improving our infrastructure, roads and parks; the benches are an eyesore.
Educate the public on why a property tax is needed instead of worrying about your council seat if you do. This idea of turning our great town into a mini Scottsdale will never work. Scale back your grand plans; they are doing more harm than good.

I hope the new commercial space on the avenue has new tenants, not just current businesses moving to this new location.
