The Fountain Hills High School volleyball team produced a great season overall, finishing at 21-14 and 7-1 in region play. The Falcons were able to claim second place in the 2A central region.
Throughout the season the Falcons had sudden moments of winning streaks and adversity in certain instances. The difficulties didn’t stop the Falcons from finishing the season strong and winning five out of their last six games. The Lady Falcons were even able to walk away with a trophy after winning the Silver Bracket in Snowflake's “Be Like Nat” Invitational.
“Overall, I think we had a great season,” said head coach Olivia Long. “Our seniors and juniors delivered great performances when we needed them to and our younger players didn’t shy away from their moments and take advantage of their opportunities.”
