Kurt and Brenda Warner reward homeowner for the holidays

Tempe Habitat for Humanity home built by Verdes Habitat Project

In celebration of Christmas, NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner and his wife Brenda, through their First Things First Foundation welcomed the Esteban family to their new home in Tempe.

In partnership with Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona as well as corporate partners Aaron’s, Inc., U-Haul, Brooklyn Bedding and Sprouts the Warners rewarded the hard work and determination of a single mom and her three kids by surprising them with all the furnishings to transform their new house into a home.

Maria Ramos Esteban and her family received their holiday surprise at a ceremony at their home on E. Don Carlos Drive in Tempe on Dec. 18. The home was built as a Habitat for Humanity project by the Verde Communities earlier this year. It was the 28th Habitat project the Verdes have sponsored.
