On Sept. 20,2022, I had my left hip replaced by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Judd Cummings due to a torn labrum which occurred in early 2021. Anyone that has had this type of injury can attest to the excruciating pain that exists with this injury.

With that said, I’m back at the gym as of Jan. 1, 2023, thanks to the skilled hands of Dr. Cummings! After an awful 2021, I just want to say kudos to everyone involved in my surgery as well as pre-op and post-op. I feel like a new person.
