Sir: Kleptomania an acknowledged psychological malady, not brain dysfunction, but never the less an orientation that perpetrators operating in, as such, suffer criminal charges for theft.
For hundreds of years at least and perhaps for thousands of years perpetrators engaged in sodomy, not necessarily male homosexuals only, were committing a crime. Now the U.S. Supreme court in its action has seemingly legitimized a past criminal act into one that is now “AOK.”
Has the “pendulum” swung too far?

Perhaps a group of kleptomaniacs should create, by purloining a colorful symbol, write catchy slogans, and corrupt words for themselves, and then see redress from the U.S. Supreme Court for relief. Since if homosexuals, in their orientation, can have their day in court, and succeed, why not U.S. kleptomaniacs?
Next of course, the “pigs” of Animal Farm; they can take their case to court, and have their re-writing the Constitution sustained by the U.S. Supreme Court as “merely unrecognized consequences with no punishment.” What nonsense all!
