The wrestling season for Fountain Hills High School has begun, and there’s a junior with great achievements already under his belt, who wants to strive for more.
Wrestler Tyler Trapani doesn’t shy away from the big moments and has made a name for himself on the wrestling mat. Trapani qualified for the state championship last year, and this year only gold medals are on his radar.
At the Wickenburg Wrestling Invitational, Trapani showed why he’s one of the top wrestlers. Trapani claimed first place in 157 lb. bracket and received a gold medal. With quick feet and slick on the mat, Trapani makes situations tough for his opponents.
