Joseph Joyce | Fountain Hills
I ask my fellow citizens to vote for town unity.
Peggy McMahon has earned your vote to keep her Town Council seat. Hard work should be rewarded. Dedication and effort must be valued.
In Fountain Hills, Town Council conducts the people's business. Council meetings are not a stage for political theater. Nor are they a platform for culture warfare.
I ask my fellow citizens to picture yourself as part-owner of the business called Fountain Hills. This election is our business' hiring process. So, what skills do these job candidates bring to the table? Experience? Aptitude? Formal training? Added value?
Peggy McMahon rings the bell on all counts. Her primary experience is four years serving each of you and the town. She displays her aptitude at each council meeting. You can judge for yourself by pulling up any of the past council meetings on YouTube. Her formal training? The best: OJT – on the job training for the last four years serving us.
Value added? Peggy McMahon shines because she has a juris doctor and a paralegal degree. Her legal training is a great asset for Fountain Hills. She provides council with another set of legal eyes to help the town avoid potential lawsuits that would break the budget and cost all of us dearly.
Fellow residents, vote wisely. Don't elect another empty suit. Don't vote for chaos and controversy. Instead, vote for calm, mature, hard-working leadership.
Vote for Peggy McMahon.
