Joseph Jerome Madek, 85, of Fountain Hills passed away on June 16, 2013 in Phoenix.

Born April 11, 1928, in Detroit, Mich., he is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Madek. Services will be held at the Church of Ascension, 12615 Fountain Hills Blvd., on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. with a luncheon to follow.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Joseph and Virginia Madek Charitable Scholarship Fund.

Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Fountain Hills Mortuary.
