Jay passed away on July 10, 2017 at his home. He was the son of Merle K. Ryan, step-son of Dennis P. Ryan.
His father, Robert W. Moore, preceded him in death.
Jay was born in Streator, Ill. on July 1, 1967. He served in the Marine Corps from 1985 to 1989. Jay will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday evening, Aug. 10, at 5 p.m. at Christ Church of the Ascension, 4015 E. Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253.
