James A. (Arthur) Gall transitioned peacefully into his new spiritual adventure on Feb. 10, 2015. He had been surrounded by many friends and family members during his last times on this earth.
Jim was born Jan. 20, 1932 in New York. He spent his childhood with his brothers Jack (d), and Gene (d), and sister, Pat, in Freehold, N.J. In the 1950s, he began his business – Garden State Heating and Air Conditioning – and began to raise his family.
He later chose to go to Rutgers and study psychology, which he used while assisting people to gain control of life around them by holding seminars, and later inventing and patenting the MentorRhythm series of brain frequency training tools.
Jim loved to travel the world and was an avid sailor and small aircraft pilot. He once sailed his 44-foot catamaran from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. to his beloved island home in St. Maarten. He loved the sea, sand and sunshine.
He shared his love for travel with his wife, Rev. MaryCeleste, and made so many friends from around the globe.
As an avid golfer, Jim belonged to many of the men’s golf groups over the years. He even managed a couple of “holes-in-one” along the way. He loved his time with friends and the community.
He is survived by sons and daughters; Linda (and Jeff) Van Wagonen, Richard (and Pamela) Gall, James (and Candy) Gall, Victoria (and Rick) Ruoff, Glen (and Christine) Gall and Ramuel Gall; sisters-in-law, Edna and Yvonne Gall; and brother-in-law, Dick Kraus.
He is also survived by several step-children, including Joe (and Kelly) Waldie (and granddaughter, Channing); eight grandchildren, and his great-grandson William.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Fountains, a United Methodist Church, for all of the charity needs.
He lived by his motto: Life is a sum total of all of your experiences. So go out and have a joyous life.
