Information on proposed apartment complex in Fountain Hills

Vital data and amenities

When the information for the apartment complex proposed for a redevelopment project at the Four Peaks Plaza (Target) on Shea Boulevard, the developer’s presentation included basic information on the physical structure planned as well as amenities for future residents.

The project, using a working title of The Village at Four Peaks is proposed to be a four-story structure wrapped around a central parking garage. This type of design reduces the amount of space devoted to parking on the site, and allows for more open space, according to the developer.

The parking garage would provide 498 spaces with an additional 63 spaces for surface parking for a total of 561 spaces devoted to the complex. The complex would be adjacent to the existing shopping center owned by the developer, allowing for overflow parking offsite without the need for a shared parking agreement.
