Target in Fountain Hills recently welcomed local enforcement personnel from MCSO and the U.S. Forest Service to bring Christmas cheer to local families this holiday season.
Heroes and Helpers is a Target program that started in 2009 and pairs local public safety partners with youth from under-resourced areas to go holiday shopping.
On the morning of Wednesday, Dec. 4, a total of 20 students from McDowell Mountain Elementary School showed up at Target in Fountain Hills and each was given $100 Target gift cards.
