The first beneficiary of this project received appliances which were not available through present veterans’ programs.
Bob Putnam, commander of The American Legion Post 58, has included the Veterans of Foreign Wars and AMVETS as beneficiaries to the Veterans in Need project.
Every dollar raised benefits the veterans and/or their families; there are no administration fees or costs.
