Gwen R. Laske

Gwen R. Laske, 86, of Fountain Hills, formally from Lombard, Ill. passed away peacefully July 8, 2017 completing her journey of life. Gwen was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Art, and two sisters, Fern, and Rosie.

Gwen is survived by her children, Steven (Renee) Laske, Debra (Craig) Musa, Linda (George) Baxter, and Janet (Jason) Shreeram.

Her 11 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sarah, Tim, Dan, Jamie, Josh, Mandy, Addie, Jason, Adam, and Ryan and her 19 adored great-grandchildren also survive.

Gwen was a stay at home mom, joining the work force later, in her most recent years she found joy in volunteering and helping others. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and truly enjoyed the company of friends and loved ones.

A memorial service will be held Monday, July 17, at 9 a.m. at Joy Community Church, 13430 N. Saguaro Blvd. #2, Fountain Hills, AZ. Donations in her name to charities’ or foundations that care for seriously ill children would be appreciated.
