The Town of Fountain Hills should make a play to move Greasewood Flat Bar and Restaurant into town.

This iconic place would be great for the local economy and lure many visitors to town.

If Fountain Hills does not do it, Greasewood Flat will go elsewhere. I see this as a great opportunity, as do many Fountain Hills residents that I have spoken with in recent months.
