Dear anonymous Fountain Hills resident,
I would like to thank you for your kind, generous contribution that you sent me to cover this environmental fee.
This is something I wish to handle by myself, which I know I can.
Please don’t feel what you did was not appreciated. I have turned your contribution over to the local newspaper, hopefully to be used in an effort to repeal this unjust environmental fee that we residents are being charged for detached garages, etc.
