Grant requests, recognitions highlight Fountain Hills council agenda

Regular session is Tuesday, March 18

Town of Fountain Hills Community Services staff is going to the Town Council on Tuesday to request the support for two grant requests to fund enhancements for town facilities.

Community Services Director Kevin Snipes will present a proposal for a request to the Arizona Sports & Tourism Authority for grant funding to resurface tennis courts at Four Peaks Park and the tennis and basketball court at Golden Eagle Park.

The grant request is for $90,000 with a $30,000 obligation from town funds.
