After the ninth Benghazi committee investigation failed to show anything new, I have some suggestions for the Republicans in Congress going into the 2016 elections:
1. Schedule a 10th Benghazi committee investigation with the objective of finding a “gothcha” moment that you can use against Hillary Clinton in the Presidential campaign. If you don’t find anything new why not just insist on yet another investigation? Surely if you continue this you can find something with which to embarrass her.
2. While you are planning the next committee investigation just continue the important work that you think your constituents elected you to do. Have another vote to repeal Obamacare. You know it won’t pass, but what the heck, there is nothing more important to do. Surely 40 separate attempts are not enough. This cow could be milked forever.

3. And while you are at it, how about shutting down the government over the Planned Parenthood controversy? You could certainly find some edited videos to support your position and beat your chest while insisting you are standing on your principals. Of course, the detrimental effect this would have on millions of Americans should be of no consequence.
4. You could also vote to round up all those 11 million illegals and send them back to Mexico. Even though it would take billions of dollars and have a devastating effect on the economy, we all know the “stop spending” mantra doesn’t apply to Republican-supported programs.
5. Finally, you could follow the logic of the local Fountain Hills Tea Party member, Rich Rutkowski, and start praying for the 2016 “proper election result” that he suggested in The Fountain Hills Times before the last presidential election. I guess if someone believes that God gets involved in presidential elections you would have to conclude that God picked Obama.
