George Goodman | Fountain Hills
Mayor Ginny Dickey is an excellent leader for the community.
In my 12 years of elected experience in a similar-sized community in Michigan and as the Executive Director of a State Municipal Association, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many local leaders. Having relocated here over a decade ago, I’ve watched her at work here in Fountain Hills. She’s informed on the needs of our community. She strives to work for consensus on decisions with her fellow elected leaders.
She has an impressive history in town which includes school involvement both as a parent volunteer and school board member, council member and mayor. By serving the community in all of these capacities, she has shown her dedication and knowledge of what makes the community work. In my view, the community has been well served by her talent and expertise.
Her dedication to this Town is extraordinary. I’m convinced she knows what strategies can help our town grow, how to work with our neighboring communities for regional success, and always has an understanding of the important issues that face our community. She is informed, does her homework, works well with staff and has strong ties with community residents across all demographics.
Fountain Hills will continue to be well served by her dedication, experience and leadership.
Ginny Dickey has earned another term as mayor of Fountain Hills. I urge you to vote for her on Nov. 5.
