Other additions guests can expect are new grab-and-go breakfast items like egg bites, vegan muffins and yogurt parfaits, weekly vendor showcases featuring local farms and health-focused businesses and “Hot Food Wednesdays” with fresh, ready-to-eat meals served on site.

Humble roots

Good Living Greens began when its founders, Jeremy and Jill Keefe,  started growing microgreens at home to boost their health. What began as a small home project quickly gained traction as neighbors asked to buy the greens and interest surged during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This led the Keefes to expand into juices and whole-food meals, eventually opening a brick-and-mortar store to meet growing demand.

The business now partners with over 30 local vendors and continues to evolve as a community-driven platform for clean, local food.
