Garbage

I have written many a letter that has been published in this paper, but never one with any anger even when commenting upon others whose political views differ from mine.

This letter is different, it is written with a great deal of anger.

I have written many a letter that has been published in this paper, but never one with any anger even when commenting upon others whose political views differ from mine.

This letter is different, it is written with a great deal of anger.

A Neville Verster wrote a letter that appeared last Wednesday. Verster is pro life and obviously a violent opponent of abortion, a position he is certainly entitled to have. But how can any thinking person, notwithstanding his or her beliefs, declare that Dr. Menegle’s position on Planned Parenthood would be more appropriate than President Obama’s?

Verster can disagree with Obama, but to suggest that Menegle’s position on the issue would be a better decision than Obama’s or anyone else for that matter is, well, stupid and insulting.

Menegle performed horrendous experiments on, who knows how many people, under the guise of medical experiments. The man was literally a monster.

Verster clearly knows nothing or cares nothing about the documented history of Menegle. No thinking person would use Menegle to compare with anything, save abject evil.

I also suggest for consideration that this newspaper either does not read the letters it publishes, or worse yet does not know history or just does not care. Garbage should not be printed.
