The campaign to raise $40,000 for Fourth of July festivities in Fountain Park has begun.
The town and Kern Entertainment LLC have partnered to repeat planning the free family-friendly event, Fourth at the Fountain, from 6 to 10 p.m. this year.
The celebration will include 10 to 12 food trucks parked on Saguaro Boulevard, a children’s play area, recorded music and a fireworks display lasting between 20 and 25 minutes, said Kern.
