Frank J. Keenan, 79, of Fountain Hills passed away on Feb. 28, 2021. Frank was born May 17, 1941 in Yonkers, N.Y.

Frank graduated from Syracuse Central High School in 1959. He graduated Purdue

University in 1964. He then served in the U.S. Navy.

Frank is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara;

daughter, Teressa; and sister, Gail (Stillwell).

Due to the pandemic, there were no public services.
