Fountain Hills Town Council to seek legal services over wireless communications

Process of drafting ordinance

The Fountain Hills Town Council voted 5-2 to begin the process of seeking outside legal advice regarding wireless communication towers and antennas ordinances during its first meeting of the calendar year on Tuesday, Jan. 20.

Councilmembers Brenda Kalivianakis and Peggy McMahon were the dissenting votes.

The ongoing dialogue on changing town ordinances has reached a technical capacity, Town Manager Rachael Goodwin said.
