Fountain Hills Town Council to review contracts

Pertaining to Capital Improvement Projects, daily services

The Fountain Hills Town Council will have a rather light regular agenda during its meeting on Tuesday, April 7, where it will review for possible action job order contracts relating to capital improvement projects and other town-related services.

In 2019 the Golden Eagle Park Drainage Improvements Project was initiated and split into two phases with J.E.  Fuller Hydrology & Geomorphology. The first phase has since been complete, but the council will look to amend the agreement with the company to extend the contract to allow for completion of Phase II.

Upon approval, the budgeted $165,817 will allow for completion of the Phase II design, permitting and constructions, according to background information provided.
