Members of the staff for the Town of Fountain Hills have been working on plans and projections for the town budget for the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year and will go to the town council on Tuesday, Feb. 25, to present proposals for discussion.
This is an annual retreat that generally lasts most of the day. The meeting is to begin at 8:30 a.m. in council chambers in Town Hall. The public is invited to attend.
Finance Director Paul Soldinger will open the session with a revenue update for the second quarter of FY25, which ended Dec. 31. Soldinger reports that net taxable activity for the quarter was $179.3 million, which is a decrease of $9.4 million.
