Fountain Hills Town Council directs manager to negotiate legal services agreement

Voted 5-2 to select Timothy La Sota, PLC

The Town of Fountain Hills has been given the green light to negotiate with Timothy La Sota, PLC for a legal services agreement. Above, La Sota speaks concerning land use.

The Fountain Hills Town Council has voted to negotiate a legal services agreement with the firm of Timothy La Sota, PLC, with the firm’s Of Counsel Jennifer Wright working directly with the town.

The vote was 5-2 with councilmembers Brenda Kalivianakis and Peggy McMahon objecting to the selection.

“Only the firm of Dickinson Wright has the depth to handle the needs of a town our size,” Kalivianakis said. “We need firepower to represent us well.”
