The Town of Fountain Hills, with its new trash service Universal Waste Systems, will hold the first of its two scheduled meetings 9-11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Community Center.
Residents are invited to ask questions about changes to trash and recycling services. The town council approved UWS as the new provider in February, and they will take over services soon.
The town is remidning residents to not make changes now and they should continue to use their current Republic Services carts until further instructions.
For additional questions or information about the transition, contact UWS 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, at 480-697-4580 or uwscompany.com.
