The construction to the highly-anticipated Sprouts Farmers Market remains on track to be completed near the end of the calendar year.
Everything is on schedule as of June 5, Nick Orozco of Sandor Development said, with the space being delivered to Sprouts in early 2027 to begin filling the 23,024-square-foot market in the Four Peaks shopping center off Shea and Saguaro Boulevards.
“The most recent thing we did was the roof sheeting,” Orozco said, adding that it should be fully installed by June 14. “That’s in line where exactly where we want it to be at this point.”
