Fountain Hills resident runs HawkEye Home Watch

Company earns 10th accreditation from NHWA

Posted

In 2001, HawkEye Home Watch Owner Michael Padgett moved from Chicago, Ill., to Fountain Hills, Ariz.

When he realized many part-time residents could benefit from a home watch service, Padgett launched HawkEye Home Watch in 2011 and has recently earned his10th accreditation from the National Home Watch Association.

Working a full-time job while building HawkEye was difficult with many bumps along the way like the loss of his partner and friend, a press release said, but Padgett persevered, never losing his vision. Padgett now commits 100% of his time to growing his HawkEye Home Watch business.

Padgett brings a unique perspective to his company based on his experience and expertise in home renovations, general repairs and condominium property management, the release added. Having been involved in retail customer service for many years, Padgett knows that trust, honesty, integrity and reliability are key factors in keeping clients happy.

The HawkEye Home Watch team is committed to keeping their clients’ homes well cared for during their absence, the release continued, adding that the company goal is to make the clients’ time away from home as worry-free as possible.

The NHWA was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada.

Home watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at a vacation or primary home while owners are not in residence, the release said.

All principals of NHWA accredited member companies including HawkEye Home Watch are background-checked, insured and bonded.

HawkEye Home Watch primarily serves the East Valley towns of Fountain Hills, Rio Verde, Tonto Verde, North Scottsdale (Trilogy), Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Padgett can be reached at 480-939-9888 or Michael@HawkEyeHomeWatch.com. Learn more from his website at HawkEyeHomeWatch.com.
