Fountain Hills resident releases debut EP

Mike Browne raises awareness of alcohol abuse with blues-rock album

On a mission to share his journey of recovery and bring hope to those facing similar challenges, Mike Browne, Fountain Hills resident and lead vocalist of the Brownedog Blues Band, has recently released his debut EP, “Alcohol.”

A five-track collection of gritty blues-rock melodies exploring themes of recovery, aging and the search for meaning, Browne says “Alcohol” is for those who face a similar battle with addiction, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey.

“If I can make even the smallest mark or the smallest statement or save one life, It’s worth it,” Browne said.
