Allshouse Home Watch Services has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) for the sixth year.
The NHWA was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada, according to a press release from NHWA.
Home watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at a vacation or primary home while the owner is not in residence, according to the release. All principals of NHWA accredited member companies including Allshouse Home Watch Services are background-checked, insured and bonded.
An eight-year resident of Fountain Hills, Allshouse owner Jennifer Allshouse knows far too well how important safety and security are to homeowners and communities, the release said.
“Allshouse investigated burglaries, thefts, vandalisms and much more while serving for over 27 years in the law enforcement and security fields in Pennsylvania and Arizona,” the release continued.
Allshouse Home Watch Services is a premier home watch business, specializing in home watch, concierge and key holder services for residential homes and vacation and investment properties.
Allshouse Home Watch Services serves Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Rio Verde and Tonto Verde.
NWHA said Allshouse’s business is highly recommended and reputable. It says Allshouse works hard for clients and goes the extra mile in providing excellent service.
“Jennifer’s law enforcement career has trained her to notice details that may be overlooked by the average observer,” according to the release.
Allshouse is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP).
“The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Jennifer’s commitment to Home Watch excellence,” NHWA’s release said. “She is also one of our Home Watch Boot Camp instructors.”
Allshouse holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has a graduate degree in health education from The Pennsylvania State University. Allshouse also holds an associate degree in business administration.
In 2019, Allshouse received a nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year through the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce’s annual awards and recognition program.
