Mayor Friedel disrespected the military service by raising the flags for Mr. Trumps's inauguration.
President Carter served honorably and deserves respect no matter what side of the political aisle you may sit on. One wonders if the election had gone the other way, if Friedel would have taken this same action. It all makes one wonder what other state and federal policies we can expect him to ignore during his term.
