The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission received updates to the ongoing ordinance chapter organization, with one change, during its meeting on Monday, May 11.
Previously, the commission reviewed and discussed the list of use categories and chapters pertaining to open space districts and single-family residential.
“...Trying to group different districts together, different standards together instead of having them spread out like they currently are,” Development Services Director John Wesley said.
