Front yard patio structure

The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission approved a SUP for a front yard patio structure.

The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to approve a special use permit request for a front yard patio cover for the property at 17114 E. Fairway Court during its Dec. 8 meeting.

Vice Chairperson Clayton Corey and Commissioner Scott Schlossberg were absent.

The commission voted to approve the SUP with the discretion that staff “obtain maximum architectural intent, even if it’s within a percent or two of the ordinance,” Commissioner Peter Gray said.
