Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning to appoint chair, vice chair

Review district overlay density

The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will appoint leadership during its meeting on Monday, Jan. 12. 

Commission members will vote and elect a chair and vice chair from its own members. Each position will serve one year and shall preside at every meeting. In the chair’s absence, the vice chair will fulfill those duties during that meeting. 

The commission will also review for approval a new zoning ordinance that will match the downtown overlay.
