Fountain Hills pet resort approved for second residential unit

Special use permit

Pal’s Inn Pet Resort recently remodeled for a second living quarters.

Pal’s Inn Pet Resort, located at 11669 N. Saguaro Blvd., received the greenlight from the Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission during its Aug. 10 meeting for a special use permit after remodeling the business’ interior.

The commission unanimously approved the permit request with Vice Chair Peter Gray leading the meeting, as Chair Dan Kovacevic was absent.

The SUP allowed for residential use in the commercial zoning district.
