The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved eight permit requests at the meeting held Sept. 2.

Approvals were as follows:

*15838 Thistle – Pool.

*16437 Kingstree – Repaint.

*15038 El Sobrante – Spa.

*15208 Catalpa – Flat roof coating.

*16457 Aspen – Repaint.

*15634 Sunflower – Wall.

*15910 El Lago – Fence.

*17061 Lema – Remodel.

The Neighborhood Committee of Approval (NCOA) holds meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.to review plans submitted during the previous weeks. Deadlines for permit submittal are Thursdays at 2 p.m. and will be reviewed at the following meeting.

The NPOA Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
