The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved nine permit requests at the meeting held Sept. 16.

Approvals were as follows:

*16562 Jacklin – Single-family residence.

*15707 Sycamore – Repaint.

*15615 Telegraph – Repaint.

*11044 Pinto – Reroof.

*14956 Marathon – Remodel.

*15934 Sycamore – Repaint.

*15602 El Lago – Repaint.

*15634 El Lago – Repaint.

*15541 El Lago – Fence.

The Neighborhood Committee of Approval (NCOA) holds meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.to review plans submitted during the previous weeks. Deadlines for permit submittal are Thursdays at 2 p.m. and will be reviewed at the following meeting.

The NPOA Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
