Meetings held twice monthly
The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved four permit requests at the meeting held May 20.
Approvals were as follows:
*15848 Brodiea – Repaint.
*15716 Cavern – Repaint.
*16500 Leo – Repaint.
*16106 Carmel – Open air.
The Neighborhood Committee of Approval (NCOA) holds meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.to review plans submitted during the previous weeks. Deadlines for permit submittal are Thursdays at 2 p.m. and will be reviewed at the following meeting.
The NPOA Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
