The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved 11 permit requests at the meeting held June 3.

Approvals were as follows:

*15459 Cavern – Remodel.

*17037 El Pueblo – Remodel.

*15643 Boulder – Driveway pavers.

*16824 Sirocco – Fence.

*15833 Echo Hill – Remodel.

*16437 Kingstree – Reroof.

*15816 Echo Hill – Pool.

*15626 Sunburst – Pool.

*15802 Cholla – Reroof.

*15832 Jericho – Open air.

*17302 Valloroso – Repaint.

The Neighborhood Committee of Approval (NCOA) holds meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.to review plans submitted during the previous weeks. Deadlines for permit submittal are Thursdays at 2 p.m. and will be reviewed at the following meeting.

The NPOA Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
