Fountain Hills NPOA update for the week of April 22
Meetings held twice monthly

The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved four permit requests at the meeting held April 22.
Approvals were as follows:
*16244 Trevino – Addition.
*16208 Ocotillo – Repaint.
*15347 Palomino – Spa.
*16832 Paradox – Fence.
The Neighborhood Committee of Approval (NCOA) holds meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.to review plans submitted during the previous weeks. Deadlines for permit submittal are Thursdays at 2 p.m. and will be reviewed at the following meeting.
The NPOA Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
