The Town of Fountain Hills has announced that Lisa Lipinski has joined town staff as the Economic Development specialist.

Lipinski brings nearly 20 years of municipal government experience, with a track record in driving economic development, enhancing community engagement and fostering tourism growth, according to Town of Fountain Hills Economic Development Director Amanda Jacobs.

“We are extremely excited for Lisa to join the Fountain Hills team,” Jacobs said. “Her experience in local government is incredibly valuable as the Economic Development Department works to implement multiple strategies that will improve our community – and downtown – for residents, businesses and visitors.”

Lipinski comes to Fountain Hills from Payson where she held the role of economic development and tourism coordinator for that town. In that capacity she played a pivotal role in shaping the economic landscape by developing and implementing strategies that attracted new businesses, supported existing local enterprises, and enhanced the town’s tourism profile.

Lipinski’s experience expertise includes cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, securing grants and spearheading initiatives that contribute to a municipality’s long-term growth. She said she is passionate about creating sustainable economic opportunities and vibrant communities.

With a deep understanding of municipal operations and a passion for improving the quality of life in communities, Lipinski said she is eager to continue contributing her expertise and vision to the Fountain Hills team.
